Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of your order being received online. You will be notified via email as soon as your order has left the warehouse and is on its way.

Shipping Charges
The Kurrajong Kitchen Group ships domestically (Australia) using Australia Post and potentially other freight carriers and couriers.
Domestic orders totalling less than $120 will be charged a flat fee of $15.00 for shipping.
We offer complimentary (free) shipping for domestic orders totalling $120 or more.
You will see the relevant charge before your payment is required at checkout.
Normal shipping and delivery times on the Australian mainland can vary depending on your location.
2-5 Business Days | Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane
5-8 Business Days | Adelaide, Perth, Regional & Country Areas
Please expect longer delivery times in peak periods such as the Christmas period.
Local Pick Up
We offer free local pick up from our warehouse in South Windsor, NSW. Simply select "pick up" at checkout. Shoppers will be notified via email as soon as their order is ready for collection (within 2-3 working days). Shoppers will need to show their order number (received via email) in order to collect their order. Pick up available Monday to Friday between 9am-3:00pm.

Return Policy
If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us via email at sales@kurrajongkitchen.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
If the product is unopened and intact we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost. Please place your order carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes, dietary requirements or incorrect products ordered.
In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, The Kurrajong Kitchen Group will replace the product at no additional cost.
