Karen & Ben are the proud Australians behind The Original 1993 Lavosh. From their small restaurant in Kurrajong NSW, they brought Lavosh to professional and home chefs across Australia and 30 years later, bring home entertainers an iconic delicious snack experience.

Based in South Windsor, NSW, Kurrajong Kitchen runs a semi-automated batch production plant in where they make around two million packets per year of their main product, LavoshBitesTM - Original. That’s not including the other products in their range, which include a variety product for consumers and chefs alike.

Kurrajong Kitchen bakes with 100% Australian wheat. Where possible sourcing ingredients and packaging locally, we strive to bring you a brand you can be proud to support and in turn supports Australia. #buyaustralianmade
